In a world where sugary treats are often the stars of celebrations and the centerpiece of indulgence, it’s easy to overlook the impact of sugar on our overall well-being. While a sprinkle of sugar can add joy to life, overindulgence can lead to many health and dental issues. Understanding why eating less sugar is vital for both your overall health can help you make more better dietary choices. According to the World Health Organization, dental cavities are the most common noncommunicable disease world wide. Sugars react with bacteria in your mouth causing acids that erode the teeth and cause cavities. Thus, it is important to choose clean healthy snacks like nuts, fruits , and smoothies over chips, candy, and soda. The key to a balanced diet is moderation and making informed choices. Your body—and your teeth—will thank you for it!

This is the by far the best dental place I have ever been to. I received a cleaning and filling here. Both times, the hygienist and the dentists were very careful to make sure I am as comfortable as I can be. I have always disliked going to the dentist but University Park Dental definitely helps me concur that mentality!

I've been coming to University Park Dental for a while now and it's been a really great experience having them as my go-to dental office. They make the experience as easy as possible and are skilled at what they do. The staff is extremely accommodating and friendly, Tanya and Abby know exactly what they're doing and do whatever they can to help in any way. Would definitely recommend this place!

What an amazing dental team. My husband had extreme dental pain and they saw him right away. Both Dr.'s and the staff took very good care of him. They are terrific at what they do. From the very moment we walked into the office there is such peace and calm. We have found a new dentist, we are so happy with the care and skill the entire office has given us. I would definitely recommend University Park Dental to everyone. They're the best!

We highly recommend Dr. Parsangi & Dr. Maghami to anyone looking for a great dentist in Orange County! We are very happy with the professional and personable care they give me and my two children. We have been going to this office for over 3 years now and everyone is always very friendly and helpful. My Children have had a very positive experience with check-ups, cleanings and having to fill cavities. I'm doing the Invisalign now and am almost done. I love the results I got from my Invisalign. My children and I highly recommend UP dental to anyone looking for a positive dental experience and honest superior dental treatment.
