Happy New Year!

Jan 10 • 1 minute read

It is the start of a new year and the start of a new decade! It seems like our New Years resolutions have more of an impact this year since it is also the beginning of a new decade. Most people have the usual weight loss and exercise more on the top of their list. But the shift this year seems to be to take better general care of our mind  and our bodies. Additionally, life expectancy has gone up in the US during the last several years. So taking good care of our entire bodies has become even more important. Our teeth and our oral health play an important role in keeping our bodies healthy.  Without healthy teeth, we wouldn't be able to eat, smile, and do all the things that are necessary for a healthy happy life. So make sure you brush twice a day, floss once, and visit your dentist regularly!
